Spark GHC and The Max Collaborative are developing a first-of-its-kind housing model that co-locates Marriott-branded extended-stay hotels with workforce apartments on a single site. This new initiative needed a name and identity that could represent this one-of-a-kind concept and be something they could proudly bring to government leaders, community partners, and investors across Ohio.

The name Project Homefield draws from the concept of home field advantage, the belief that when you invest in the people who are the backbone of Ohio’s communities, you give those communities a real competitive edge. The name was built to resonate across a wide range of audiences by being grounded, unpretentious, and built on pride of place. The visual identity follows the same principle, warm and rooted, without losing the credibility the initiative needs to move forward at scale.
