I support Sales and work closely with Matt, keeping the details, priorities, and systems behind the scenes running smoothly so the rest of the team can focus on growth and great work. My role is equal parts organization and translation. I turn scattered information, moving parts, and big ideas into clear systems that actually make work feel manageable and purposeful.
My approach to branding and marketing is practical. I appreciate strong creative, but I’m always thinking about how it’s used in the real world. How it’s executed, tracked, communicated, and experienced by the client. If something looks great but creates confusion later, I want to fix that before it becomes a problem.
I’m especially proud of the CRM Optimization work at BrandDog. It’s not flashy, but it quietly changes how the team operates for the better. Organizing data, refining processes, and making tools easier to use creates a ripple effect. The team works smarter, communication improves, and clients feel the difference.
Working at a small, boutique agency means collaboration is real. You know the people you work with. You see how your contributions matter. That visibility makes the work more meaningful and keeps me invested in supporting not just Sales and leadership, but the entire team.
My creative superpower is organization. I’m calm, reliable, and detail-oriented, and I’m often the person making sure things keep moving without adding stress. I feel most in the zone after my coffee, with a clear to-do list, my headphones on, and music playing.
Outside of work, I recharge by spending time with my kids, road-tripping with my parents, binge-watching crime shows, and hanging out with my twelve cats. I also love traveling and being on airplanes. Seeing the world from above and experiencing new places gives me perspective and reminds me there’s always more than one way to approach a problem.
If I weren’t doing this, I’d probably be in the cockpit, hands on the controls, fully focused on what’s ahead.
