Part one
What you're approving: a refreshed Lazorpoint brand with a set of working templates, and a new, large Webflow website that moves your Insights library, team, careers, case studies and solutions off HubSpot CMS while keeping HubSpot as your CRM. The work runs 16 weeks from kickoff.
What you are approving. The problem we found, how we would solve it, what it costs and when it ships.
What we understood
The Site Is Behind the Business.
Before writing this, we went through all 145 URLs in your sitemap, plus two live pages missing from it, including 97 blog posts, 49 topic pages, 14 solution pages and 10 job posts.
Your newest writing speaks to private equity firms and their platform companies: AI readiness, M&A IT and multi-entity IT leadership. The site still reads as generic IT support for Cleveland small and mid-sized businesses. Visitors who arrive from those posts land on pages that don't speak to them, and the homepage still cites a figure from 2019.
The structure has grown unevenly. Seven Cleveland landing pages are near duplicates, two solution pages compete for the same ERP and CRM searches, and 49 topic tags split 97 posts into thin archives. Twenty-seven of those posts date from 2013 to 2015. Two job posts sit outside the careers section, and two case study URLs look like versions of one story but are different stories.
The paths to contact you are scattered. One HubSpot form repeats on every page, "Get a Quote" and "Talk to an Expert" are separate paths, the Contact page has no form, and job seekers have no way to apply online. Underneath, a legacy theme still loads jQuery 1.7.1, several pages lack meta descriptions, and an unidentified tracker runs alongside your analytics.
Generic AI tools forget your fonts, guess your colors and give a different answer every time. Brand Studio starts from your own design system, brand kit and format playbooks, so the hundredth piece matches the first.
Your team writes a brief or drops in a PDF, PowerPoint or Word file and gets a batch of on-brand pieces back: presentations, LinkedIn carousels, stories, campaign sets and landing pages. Every layout is a template built from the design system, every page can be adjusted by hand, and up to 20 rounds stay in version history so nothing is ever lost.
We load it with the finished Lazorpoint brand, then connect the web module to your Webflow site.
Where your brand turns into work. Tell the Studio what you need, and it lays it out page by page.
Type what you need, or drop a PDF, PowerPoint or Word file. The Studio reads it and turns it into a deck, a carousel, stories or a page.

One request, a whole set. Every page lands on the layout its content calls for.

Switch a project between presentation, post, story and ads, or send it to the Landing Page Studio. No retyping.

Double-click any word. Swap the layout and keep your copy. Size sliders, eight backgrounds and twenty versions back.

Editable PowerPoint, PDF, PNG and HTML, with landing pages that go straight to Webflow. Every headline stays a real text box.

One person edits. The rest of the team follows along, comments live and picks the project up when it's their turn.

Four jobs your team does every week, and what Brand Studio hands back for each one.
“Build a 10-slide deck for a PE operating partner introducing our M&A IT services for platform companies, covering day-one integration, multi-entity IT leadership and AI readiness.”
What comes backAn on-brand pitch deck with structured slides and talking points, ready for your team to tailor and present.
“Create a two-page cyber insurance readiness checklist for manufacturers in Northeast Ohio, with a cover page and a call to book a meeting with an expert.”
What comes backA designed, downloadable checklist in Lazorpoint branding that you can gate behind your HubSpot form.
“Turn our latest post on OT security for manufacturers into a LinkedIn carousel and three short posts that drive readers back to the article.”
What comes backA set of branded LinkedIn graphics and post copy that matches the new site and points back to your Insights content.
“Make a LinkedIn job graphic and a short post for our open help desk technician role in Cleveland that highlights our culture and the PointMan approach.”
What comes backA branded recruiting graphic and caption that link to the job page on your new careers section.

Where our team takes overBrand Studio covers everyday production. Logos, naming, packaging and video stay with our team, and so do apps, integrations and complex site features that need a project of their own. We scope those with you as they come up.
Every brief runs through the same five steps, on services built for this kind of work. The accounts sit in Lazorpoint's name, the keys never leave the server, and you pay each vendor directly, with no markup.
BrandDog opens the accounts with your team on one 30-minute call, then joins as a developer. Running costs come to about US$165 a month, billed by each vendor directly: Claude about US$100, Higgsfield about US$15, Supabase US$25 and Webflow Cloud US$25.
The approach
Rebuild Around Who You Serve Now.
We will sharpen the brand, restructure the content, and rebuild on Webflow without losing the search equity you have earned.
We will update the Lazorpoint identity so it reads as a serious partner to private equity firms and growing companies, then turn it into templates your team can use beyond the website. The new site is designed on top of this system, so everything matches from day one.
We will consolidate the Cleveland pages into one location collection with distinct content, resolve the overlapping ERP and CRM pages, cut 49 topics to about 8 topic hubs, fold News into Insights, and make a keep, update or redirect call on the 2013 to 2015 posts. You make the final decisions; we bring the recommendations.
We will build roughly 12 templates and about 7 CMS collections in Webflow: Insights, Topics, Team, Jobs, Case Studies, Solutions and Locations. We import the blog, rehost images and HubSpot video, and clean old HubSpot markup out of post bodies so every article renders properly.
We will merge quote and expert requests into one clear path, embed HubSpot Meetings inline, reconnect your forms and subscribe form, and add structured data for services, location, FAQs and job posts. About 150 old URLs get mapped redirects, and we review your tracking scripts and add a consent banner.
Scope and investment
Fixed price, one team, one round of revisions at every phase. Open a line marked + to see exactly what it delivers.
60% on signature, 30% on design approval and 10% on launch.
A new Webflow site that replaces the legacy HubSpot theme, migrates your Insights library and positions Lazorpoint for private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
$20,200
A reduced rate in exchange for your team writing and supplying the page copy, with our structure and editing guiding the work.
$0
An updated Lazorpoint visual identity and a set of ready-to-use templates so your team stays on brand after launch.

The AI production system loaded with your brand, so your team makes decks, posts and campaigns that are on brand every time.
$20,000
Total investment
$46,700
Hosting and infrastructure
After launch you're off the hook for servers and plugin updates. The site runs on Webflow's own infrastructure, the same one behind the marketing sites in part two.
Global CDN
Assets served from the edge, close to whoever is loading the page.
Included
SSL certificate
Provisioned and renewed automatically. Nothing expires on a weekend and takes the site down.
Included
Automatic backups
Every publish is a restore point. Roll back to any previous version in seconds.
Included
Traffic scaling
A post that takes off needs no call to anyone. Capacity is elastic.
Included
Security and compliance
DDoS protection at the edge, plus SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 on the platform.
Included
No plugin surface
Nothing to patch on a Tuesday. The most common way a site gets compromised has no way in here.
Included
Form handling and storage
Submissions stored, exportable, and pushed anywhere you need them.
Included
Publishing without us
Your team changes copy, swaps a photo or launches a new page on their own schedule, no waiting on us.
Included
Hosting, billed annually
$25/month
$300 a year, invoiced once. The price holds at renewal, and everything above is in it.
Brand Studio comes with a support layer, so your team gets the most out of the program from the first month.
Monthly consulting is included with the Brand Studio purchase for the first 12 months. Quarterly refinement is optional, billed at the start of each quarter, and sits outside the project total.
How it works
We review your positioning, audiences and content with you, agree on the new sitemap, and refresh the brand identity. We also settle the content calls: which old posts stay, how the Cleveland pages consolidate, and where the private equity message lives.
We deliver the brand templates and design the site's key pages, starting with the homepage, a solution page and an Insights post, then extend the system across the remaining templates. You review and approve each round before we build.
We build the templates and collections in Webflow, import and clean the 97 posts, move team, jobs, case studies and solutions into the CMS, and reconnect HubSpot forms, Meetings and tracking. We collaborate with you on updated copy as pages come together.
We set up and test about 150 redirects, check metadata, structured data, accessibility and speed, and run full QA across devices. After launch we train your team to publish and edit in Webflow and monitor search performance through the transition.
That's the whole proposal: the diagnosis, the plan, the price and the dates. The rest of this page covers who delivers it.
Part two
Why this work is worth the investment, what we've produced for other clients, and the people who would do it.
Why it matters
It is the one asset that works every hour of every day, in front of every prospect, before anyone from your team gets involved. When it is built well, everything downstream gets cheaper.
Most buyers form a judgment about your credibility in seconds, long before they speak to sales. A site that looks dated or says what everyone else says quietly removes you from the shortlist, and nobody tells you it happened.
Ads, content, email and social all land on the same pages. Improving conversion once improves the return on every channel at the same time, which is why a rebuild usually pays for itself in media efficiency.
Search rewards structure, speed and depth. So do the AI assistants your buyers now ask first. Both read the same thing: a site they can actually parse, or one they skip.
When publishing takes three weeks and a developer, marketing stops shipping. When it takes ten minutes, the site keeps improving after launch instead of decaying until the next redesign.
Outcomes backed by numbers
Four different clients, four different problems. Every figure below is published on our own outcomes and case study pages.

GHC Living
The work
Every piece here was designed, built and launched by the same team that would do yours. No handoffs to junior staff, no outsourced development.

The platform
We build on Webflow, the platform behind some of the largest marketing sites on the web. You get their infrastructure without their headcount.
Organizations building on Webflow
Conversion lift on Greenhouse's demo request pages
Reduction in development time at Amazon Ads
New pipeline generated post-site-launch
Platform figures above are published by Webflow in its own customer stories. Company names are their trademarks, shown to indicate the platform they build on.
BrandDog is a Webflow Certified Partner. Webflow reviews an agency's work and credentials before granting the title, so the team building your site is one the platform itself stands behind.
Capabilities
One team covering strategy through launch, so nothing falls between an agency and a freelancer.
Full custom builds on Webflow, designed around your buyer's decision and wired to a real CMS.
Campaign-specific pages built to convert, typically live in one to three months.
Technical foundations, metadata, internal linking and redirects mapped before launch.
Answer engine optimization: schema and structure so AI assistants can read and cite you.
ADA and current web standards handled as part of the build, not bolted on afterward.
Speed treated as a conversion lever and a ranking factor, because it is both.
Goals, events and conversion tracking configured so you can see what is working.
Positioning, narrative and page-level messaging, the part that makes the site distinct.
A working session so your marketers leave confident publishing without us.
The pack
You work with the same people from the first call to launch day, and they stay on call after. No layers of red tape, no junior team taking over once the contract is signed.
